She wrote, performed and produced all the songs on the album along side long time friend and musical director Brian Simpson. Brian had last years #1 hit "It's All Good" on jazz radio nationwide for 5 weeks as of February 6, 2006. Some of his other credits include the #1 song "The First Time on the Pop charts with Surface, Brian has also worked with such legendary artists as Everett Harp, Boney James, Norman Brown, George Duke, Stanley Clarke, Larry Carlton, George Howard, Billy Cobham, Gerald Albright, Janet Jackson and Sheena Easton. Together, this talented duo have created some of the smoothest contemporary jazz tracks, combining the sensual and emotive vocal style of Jeanette, and the brilliance of contemporary jazz improvisational piano of Brian Simpson. Alluring from beginning to end, Ride On The Light is varied in its smooth melodies and soulful grooves, leaving you with an easy, sultry Sunday afternoon, and laid back vibe.
